Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how information is handled when you use PTCE Prep and related support services.
2. Information you provide
Information you choose to provide may include a profile name, account or sign-in details, support messages, survey responses, and other content submitted through the app.
3. Information collected through use
The app may process study activity and progress, quiz responses, saved questions, feature interactions, device and operating-system details, app version, approximate region, identifiers, crash reports, and diagnostic or performance data.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to provide and personalize features, save progress, maintain accounts, respond to requests, improve reliability and content, measure app performance, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, diagnostics, or customer support; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the app. Personal information is not sold for money.
6. Storage and security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the app, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type.
8. Your choices and rights
You may edit profile information or request account deletion from the Profile tab. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information. Some information may be retained where legally permitted or required.
9. Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law, and personal information is not knowingly collected from them. If such information is discovered, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.
